Strategic Negotiations Program

The APD On-line Strategic Negotiation Program is a 4-week on-line development program designed to provide purchasing and sales professionals with the knowledge, skills and take-away tools required to maximize negotiation results while building effective relationships.
Program materials are based upon the processes, techniques and real-world insights we have gained during our 17 year in-the-industry experience helping clients negotiate better pricing with their suppliers and customers.
The program includes:
- Three live ninety-minute group sessions that deliver /reinforce content and provide Q&A time
- On-demand videos reviewing critical tools and techniques
- Take away implementation tools to assess and develop action plans to improve buyer and seller company, product / commodity, and personal power
- Skills taught to prepare for competitive and collaborative negotiations for initial sourcing, design changes and economic price adjustments
