Participants complete real-world assignments and receive a workbook with 150 chatbot prompts plus 50+ Copilot prompts for Microsoft apps, making it easy to immediately apply the techniques to daily procurement work.

  • Module 1: AI use cases for procurement, chatbot strengths and weaknesses, prompt engineering techniques, procurement task examples, and getting started with AI chatbots
  • Module 2: Advanced prompting, Copilot Chat in Microsoft tools, ChatGPT Projects, Copilot Pages, chatbot agents, and context engineering
  • On-Demand Content: Using M365 Copilot with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Mike Wynn is Vice President of Advanced Purchasing Dynamics (APD), a firm established in 2004 and committed to helping manufacturers create competitive advantage through the application of knowledge-based cost management and negotiations. 
 
Wynn leads the Purchasing Consulting practice for APD, where he ensures that our teams deliver strategic impact and significant costs savings to clients.
